Privacy Policy

Lotus Bodywork Recovery Center will make reasonable efforts to ensure our customers that furnish information about themselves will be safeguarded and not be made available to third parties.

Privacy concerns focus on the protection of information which identifies the customer that an individual reasonably expects to be kept private. Information which identifies that customer is information which can be associated with a specific individual or entity, including, for example, a customer's name, address, or telephone number, E-mail address, and information about online activities that are directly linked to them.

Lotus Bodywork Recovery Center policy for protection of customer supplied/obtained information is as follows:

Disclosure: Lotus Bodywork Recovery Center will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties any information which identifies that customer, including customer names and addresses -- without the consent of the customer (except as required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the customer or others).

Collection and Use: Lotus Bodywork Recovery Center will collect and use information which identifies that customer for billing purposes or to provide and change service, to anticipate your individual needs.

Customer Choice: A customer may choose not to receive any marketing communications from Lotus Bodywork Recovery Center in connection with Lotus Bodywork Recovery Center.  Upon notification of that choice, Lotus Bodywork Recovery Center will not contact that customer directly with marketing messages about Lotus Bodywork Recovery Center. A customer may choose not to receive such messages by e-mail, by mail, or by telephone.

Collection of Data: Lotus Bodywork Recovery Center collects data about customers only in so far as it relates to the business activities between Lotus Bodywork Recovery Center and the customer.

E-mail: The company will not disclose to third parties Email communications that are sent to Lotus of the Lake services except as required to process orders or as otherwise authorized by law.

Inappropriate or Malicious Conduct: Lotus Bodywork Recovery Center may also use information which identifies the customer to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activity that threatens the server or otherwise violates the customer agreement for a service provided.  Malicious activity of crackers and those wishing to release computer viruses and/or malicious code will be reported to both the FBI and NSA.

Account Information: Lotus Bodywork Recovery Center honors requests from customers for account information, for example, name, address, or billing information, and will correct any such information which may be inaccurate. Customers may verify that appropriate corrections have been made.

Changes in Practices: Lotus Bodywork Recovery Center will make all reasonable efforts to keep this privacy policy current.
